Accommodation

Stoneacres offers ground floor accommodation and each resident has his or her own bedroom space. The building has been adapted to cope with all the special needs the residents require. As well two greenhouses and a large patio, there is provision made for the residents to enjoy and help with the gardening if they wish.

The residents maintain control and responsibility for their own lives. They are able to come and go as they wish, and as far as possible live independently with appropriate assistance from the staff. Besides giving the necessary care the residents need, the management and staff also make every effort to support and empower them to fulfil their full potential.  Our aim is to give them every opportunity to do so, at least, some of the things most of us take for granted.
