Our Team

Miss Jennifer Reed is the current Registered Manager. Adequate staff are maintained at all times to assist the residents with their daily functions. This includes twenty- four hours per day cover of care staff and also a cook.

The Manager has seven years experience of care, HNC in Health and Social Care, NVQ level 4 and a Registered Managers Award. The Deputy has seventeen years experience and an NVQ level 3. One senior has thirteen years experience and an NVQ level 3, one senior has ten years experience and a NVQ level 2 one other senior has eleven years experience and an NVQ level 2.

Three part- time care staff have a NVQ level 2 AND Two part-time staff with no qualifications put a number of years experience in care. In addition a suitable bell call system is installed to allow residents to call through the night.
